Information relating to charges and refunds is communicated through letters to parents/carers, the college website, enrolment materials, shop leaflets and individual product pages within the online shop. Customers should ensure they have reviewed the information provided before making a purchase.

Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Enrolment Fees

Enrolment fees will only be refunded where a student formally withdraws from the college within the first four weeks of the academic year.

Enrolment fees include, but are not limited to:

• Resource Fee, Lanyard, ID Badge and Copying Credit
• Child Care Contribution towards Uniform
• Studio Fee for our Art Foundation Students
• Art fees for students studying Textiles, Art, Design, Graphics, Fashion Design, Fine Art, Photography and Digital Art
• Protective Services Uniform
• Duke of Edinburgh
• Music Tuition

Bus Pass Refunds

Bus pass refunds are only provided in the event of a student leaving the college. We do not offer refunds for timetable changes or where a student subsequently passes their driving test.

• 100% of the amount paid will be refunded up to and including 30 September.
• From 1 October to 30 November, a refund equal to 50% of the full annual bus pass cost will be issued, irrespective of the amount paid to date.
• No bus pass payments will be refunded on or after 1 December.
