Can't add a product to your basket?

You will need to 'Link a Student' to purchase a student product.

  1. Log into your account
  2. click 'My Account'
  3. Select 'Linked Student'
  4. Link a student record

An email containing a verification code will be sent to your college email address to verify the link.

Can I use the shop if I'm not a student?

Yes, the shop can be browsed by anyone.


Is it possible to browse without needing to register an account? 

Yes, of course!


I’m a Parent/Carer, can I buy something on behalf of the student?

Yes, when you create your own account, you have the option to ‘link to student record’ for each student.


Do I have to register to make a purchase?

Yes, you will need to register to make a purchase.


Registration is a straightforward process using your email address and a password. Once registered you can make purchases using your registered account. 


As part of the registration process you must enter personal details such as your address and contact information. It is your responsibility to make sure these are correct and subsequently updated when necessary.


New Collaborative Learning Trust reserves the right to suspend or cancel a registration entirely at its own discretion. 


Do not disclose your login details to others. You are responsible for all orders made using your password. 


Will the system automatically log me out of the site? 

No. You will need to logout manually. 


What if I can’t remember my password? 

On the login page you will see 'forgotten password'. When you click this, you will be taken to a screen that will ask you to specify the email address associated with your account. A password reset email will then be sent to you.


What do you do with my card details?

All payments made through this gateway are encrypted.


Is the site secure?

Your connection to this site is encrypted with TLS using a trusted certificate. This site is operated by and payments are processed by appsco, an external company working on behalf of NCLT. Always check you are on the correct site before entering any personal details, and keep your own device secure by installing security updates as soon as they are released.


Do I get a receipt when I buy something?

You will receive an email as confirmation of your purchase with either a confirmation number or QR code if you need to collect items such as bus passes or ID badge.


Where do I collect my order?

Your order confirmation will provide details of where in college to collect your purchases.


Is there a limit to what I can buy from the store? 

Limitations only extend to the stock availability of a product. In certain cases, there may be limits per customer.


When I’m buying, can I change my mind as I go? 

You can keep building your shopping basket, adding and deleting as you go, but once you submit from the payment details screen, your order will be fulfilled. 


What can I do if I have made a mistake, but have completed the transaction?

Which payment methods are accepted? 

Payment for all products must be by credit or debit card. Please note that the shop only accepts payment from the following: Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Visa Purchasing, Visa.
